By accessing, browsing, or utilizing this website (www.zorba.sg) and any associated online reservation links, digital event forms, or web services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please immediately discontinue using this Platform.
1. Scope and Venue Identity
This Platform provides digital media, operational menus, restaurant reservation frameworks, and event booking portals for Zorba the Greek Taverna, physically located at the riverside promenade at 3A River Valley Road, #01-02 Clarke Quay, Singapore 179020. All corporate transactions, legal agreements, and physical hospitality operations are executed under the legal responsibility of Hr Millennium Pte Ltd.
2. Permitted Use of the Platform
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access our Platform purely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes viewing Greek dining and beverage menus, making table reservations, purchasing event vouchers, or submitting private function inquiries.
You strictly agree not to:
Copy, frame, scrape, mirror, or harvest any text, menu configurations, or pricing metrics from the Platform using automated tools, bots, or spiders.
Disrupt the structural integrity, security, or network performance of the Platform or its cloud infrastructure.
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent contact details when securing reservations or inquiring about waterfront event spaces.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All original creative work across this Platform—including written content, Mediterranean menu descriptions, brand logos, custom graphics, site architecture, layout designs, photographic images, and promotional videos—is the exclusive intellectual property of Hr Millennium Pte Ltd.
This material is legally protected under Singapore and international trademark, copyright, and trade dress regulations. No part of this Platform may be replicated, modified, distributed, or republished for public or commercial use without our explicit, advance written approval.
4. Restaurant Reservations and Waterfront Dining Policies
To ensure an exceptional dining experience for all patrons along the Clarke Quay waterfront, table bookings made through our online reservation software are governed by the following rules:
Reservation Accuracy: You must supply an accurate name, operating mobile number, and active email address. The venue reserves the right to cancel bookings tied to unverified or inactive contact information.
Table Hold and Grace Period: Tables are held for a maximum grace period of 15 minutes from your confirmed booking time. If your party does not arrive or notify us within this window, the table may be released to waitlisted guests.
Outdoor Seating Requests: While we make every effort to accommodate specific requests for riverside or outdoor tables, all final table allocations remain subject to capacity, operational parameters, and prevailing weather conditions.
Peak Season Deposits: For major cultural holidays, special event nights, or large group bookings, a non-refundable deposit or valid credit card authorization may be mandated to confirm your table.
5. Private Parties, Al Fresco Weddings, and Corporate Events
Zorba the Greek Taverna frequently hosts outdoor weddings, solemnizations, social celebrations, and corporate venue buyouts.
Any automated inquiry or email confirmation sent via the Platform serves as a request for information and does not constitute a binding venue booking.
Final event confirmations are only legally established once a custom event contract is executed between you and our events department, accompanied by the required booking deposits. Those contract terms explicitly override general website conditions.
6. House Rules and Behavior
Guests dining at Zorba or attending private celebrations within our premises must comply with our standard venue policies:
Dress Code: We observe a smart casual dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse service to patrons wearing inappropriate attire (such as bedroom slippers).
Code of Conduct: We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful environment for both our service staff and fellow diners. Venue management and security retain absolute discretion to evict or deny service to any individual exhibiting abusive, rowdy, excessively intoxicated, or hazardous behavior without a refund.
7. Promotional Vouchers, E-Gifts, and Event Ticketing
From time to time, we may offer digital dining vouchers, prepaid set menus, or ticketed promotional events on our Platform:
Non-Exchangeable: All digital purchases, tickets, and vouchers are non-refundable, non-extendable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Expiry Boundaries: Vouchers feature explicit expiration dates. Any voucher not redeemed within its active timeframe is permanently voided without compensation.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to audit and invalidate any voucher or ticket if we suspect fraudulent duplication, unauthorized resale, or engineering modifications.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Our Platform relies on third-party integrations to manage payments securely, handle live seat reservations, and deploy customer newsletters. We do not control, manipulate, or assume legal liability for the precise uptime, technical glitches, or individual privacy structures operated by these third-party developers.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Platform and all its components (including menus, pricing charts, and opening hours) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hr Millennium Pte Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses, nor do we guarantee the absolute real-time accuracy of seasonal item availability listed online.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, Hr Millennium Pte Ltd, its corporate directors, venue managers, and service staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or costs arising out of your reliance on the web platform, or any data security breaches occurring beyond our reasonable commercial control.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hr Millennium Pte Ltd, its corporate officers, venue employees, and service teams from any third-party claims, legal demands, damages, liabilities, or defense costs (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) stemming from your breach of these Terms or your unauthorized actions on our Platform.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update, rewrite, or alter any portion of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion, without providing advance individual notice. Any modifications take effect immediately upon publication to this page. Your continued use of our web resources indicates your full acceptance of the updated framework.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
